Heather & Colin – Kinkell Byre

Want to see what can be achieved in one morning? Well this full venue decor and floristry at Kinkell Byre, St. Andrews for Heather and Colin was organised with military precision! With tall foliage and white flower centrepieces, Macrame hanging piences, a huge seating area created with our vintage and antique Chesterfields, Chaise Longue and Armchairs, bunting, plants and lots of display tables, the vision of Heather didn’t disappoint!

A copper archway with hanging Macrame, foliage and white flowers adorned the ceremony area along with 2 pedestal arrangements.

Then for the top table area another huge hanging Macrame piece with seasonal foliage was suspended above the couple and their families.

Each table had a tall arrangement of greenery and white flowers to catch the light from all the pontoon lighting strung above, and not forgetting the bunting which added a whimsical note to this fab space!

We added lots of pot plants (about 50 in total!) to the trough areas which were highlighted by tealights and also dotted these around the relaxed seating area to add a splash of fresh greenery.

Heather and Colin wanted seating for around 15 people so we created 3 relaxed seating areas which tied together beautifully in the space for guests to relax, chat and enjoy a glass of bubbly!

We also used our antique tables for the marriage certificate signing and the cake table, with one of our rustic wooden trestle tables displaying the cards and gift box, lanterns and guest book!

Finally our rustic wooden easels displayed the seating plan and order of the day and added the finishing touch to this stunning wedding.
